synopsis |
As the Russian Empire crumbles, five clueless assassins carry out a
deadly mission to save Tsarist Russia: Murder the mysterious monk
Rasputin. There's only one problem. He won't die. Bullets, poison
and bludgeoning all seem to have no effect on the ever cheerful
monk. The assassins, like their plan, begin to unravel as this
based-on-historical-fact story races toward its surprising
conclusion. A comedy written in the blackest of ink. |
